Ingredients:

  • 250g of beef stew meat
  • 100g of carrots, sliced
  • 100g of potatoes, diced
  • 50g of celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 250ml of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:
