  • 150g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 50g of Greek yogurt
  • 20g of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 50g of mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 50g of sliced tomatoes
  • 30g of cucumber, sliced
