Ingredients:

  • 150g of cooked chicken breast
  • 50g of cucumber, diced
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g of mixed greens (lettuce, arugula)
  • 30g of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large whole wheat wrap

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, mixed greens, and crumbled feta cheese.
