- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 100g of turkey breast, sliced
- 50g of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 50g of mixed greens
- 30g of olives, pitted and sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
