Ingredients:

  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (30cm diameter)
  • 50g of lettuce leaves
  • 50g of sliced tomatoes
  • 30g of sliced avocado
  • 15g of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • cutting board
  • knife
  • mixing bowl
  • wrap or tortilla press

Instructions:

  • Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  • Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla.
  • Layer the turkey breast on one half of the tortilla.
  • Add the cooked bacon, lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and avocado on top of the turkey.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom to form a wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
