Ingredients:
- 100g of sliced turkey breast
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (30cm diameter)
- 50g of lettuce leaves
- 50g of sliced tomatoes
- 30g of sliced avocado
- 15g of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- knife
- mixing bowl
- wrap or tortilla press
Instructions:
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a cutting board.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the turkey breast on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the cooked bacon, lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and avocado on top of the turkey.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
