Ingredients:

  • 200g of mozzarella cheese
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:
