  • 200g of beef stew meat
  • 150ml of red wine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 100g of potatoes, diced

  • 500ml of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
