Ingredients:
- 1 cup of canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 medium roasted red bell pepper (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin (optional)
- Water as needed for desired consistency

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the red bell pepper on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the skin is charred and blistered.

- Blend until smooth, adding water slowly to reach your desired consistency.
