Ingredients:

  • 400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 60g tahini
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 50ml olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • water as needed for consistency

Instructions:
