Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 100g of mixed bell peppers (diced)
  • 50g of spinach (chopped)
  • 30g of onion (chopped)
  • 30g of cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Add salt and pepper to taste.
