Classic Potato Chips with Onion Dip

Classic Potato Chips with Onion Dip

recipe

This homemade recipe combines crispy, golden potato chips with a creamy, flavorful onion dip, perfect for any snack or party spread. The chips, made by baking thinly sliced potatoes until they’re light and crunchy, are healthier than traditional fried chips but still deliver that satisfying crunch. Paired with a rich onion dip featuring caramelized onions, sour cream, and a hint of garlic, this duo is the ideal combination of texture and flavor. The garnish of fresh chives adds a touch of color and freshness that enhances the dip’s creamy, savory taste.
